Many people could already experience the Chu Shong Tin engine first hand, and they are impressed.

Many talk about internal Wing Chun, relaxation, biomechanics, etc., but few have the opportunities to fully grasp and transmit its complete potential.

 

We are all familiar with those videos where individuals are effortlessly thrown around by their teachers or masters, displaying no visible effort. Strikes that appear so powerful that they seem unreal.

And I do not mean this disrespectfully.

 

In this seminar, you have the opportunity to witness and feel Internal Wing Chun based on the Chu Shong Tin method live.

The seminar is suitable for all levels—beginners, advanced practitioners, and those with extensive experience as practitioners or teachers.

  • CST Condition + State (this part 30 Min.)

    • Testing the stance (introduce tensegrity)

 

 

CST Punching (60 Min.)

 

  • Continious Punching

  • Cross Punching (introduce herng / intention / projection)

  • Bong to Tan (introduce circle / ellbow force / triangulation)

 

 

SNT Form (60 Min.)

 

  • Condition of CST Niu Nim Tao

  • Triangulation + Pyramid

  • Maintaining the Condition

  • Examples of SNT Movements

 

 

Chi Sao (60 Min.)

 

  • Circle Excercise

  • Dan Chi Sao / Luk Sao

  • Controlling Space

  • Fluid Roll

Day 2:


 

Active Base (30 Min.)

 

  • Active Base excercise (maintaining the state in dynamic situation)

 

 

CST Punching (45 Min.)

 

  • Inch Punch (introducing short range power)

  • 4 Corner Deflection excercise (controlling space while projecting forward)

 

 

CST Kicking (45 Min.)

 

  • Condition Excercixe for Kicking (tensegrity)

  • Heel Kick (introducing short range power)

 

 

Pivots (60 Min.)

 

  • Basic CST Pivot (introducing Pivots)

  • Pivot + Punch (introducing transfering limbs)

  • Pivots to Power Chi Sao (introducing "Chi Sao is not done with the arms)

 

 

Chi Sao (120 Min.)

 

  • Circle Excercise (recap)

  • Dan Chi Sao / Luk Sao

    • individual Chi Sao with all participants

  • Bong Sao Trap (maybe)
